About the position
The LEAD Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant / Manager will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain ERP applications. This position involves addressing functionality questions and pain points in various SCM areas, including Order Management, Inventory, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, and Cost Management. The consultant will lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business expectations and define a technology roadmap in collaboration with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Document system overlay onto business process flows, highlighting issues and gaps
- Become a trusted partner with Supply Chain business users
- Identify functionality to optimize Supply Chain processes
- Generate and identify reports for senior management
- Implement roadmap functionality
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP; 1-2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
- B.S. or M.S. required
- Supply Chain(SCM), ASCP, and/or Cost Accounting experience in an IT business role
- Working knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Cost Accounting & SLA
- Prior experience with new implementations and/or upgrades to Oracle Cloud SCM
- Demonstrated experience as a cross-functional team/project leader
- Prior professional experience in a very fast-paced environment, ideally working in international markets
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in pharma, Life Sciences or Bio-pharma industry preferred
