About the position

Lomax's Custom Painting is seeking a Lead Painter/Foreman to independently manage residential painting projects from preparation to completion. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead residential painting projects from prep to finish.
• Take full ownership of painting tasks, including surface preparation and application of coatings.
• Work with a team or solo, ensuring efficient and high-quality results.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.
• Uphold safety standards on every project, especially when using ladders and scaffolding.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional painting experience, particularly in residential painting.
• Experience using airless sprayers.
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Team player attitude with mentoring capabilities.
• Reliable transportation and personal tools for the job.
