About the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Woman Lead Painter to join our all female team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing an all female small painting team on a variety of high-end projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. This role requires a strong understanding of various painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols. The Lead Painter will play a crucial role in renovating spaces and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate painting projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various painting tasks.
• Apply both airless & HVLP paint spraying techniques for efficient coverage on large surfaces.
• Perform trim carpentry as needed to enhance the overall finish of painted areas.
• Execute drywall repairs as part of the renovation process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools related to painting and renovation work.
• Experience with drywall installation and repair.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
