• Train to backup bi-weekly and contract payroll specialists to ensure continuity of operations.
• Perform daily reconciliation and auditing of payroll deductions to maintain accuracy.
• Support the Payroll Manager in executing special projects as needed.
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for payroll processing and management.
• Leverage skills in Workday HRIS and Workday Payroll to streamline payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate account reconciliation and ensure all entries are up-to-date.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a payroll specialist role or similar.
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems for financial management purposes.
• Demonstrated experience in Auditing.
• Prior experience managing Payroll for 101 - 500 Employees.
• Skilled in using Workday HRIS and Workday Payroll systems.
• Experience in Daily Reconciliation and Account Reconciliation tasks.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
