About the position

The Lead PHP Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining PHP web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on building REST APIs. This role requires extensive experience in various web technologies and frameworks, as well as a solid understanding of integration and configuration tools. The consultant will play a key role in architecting and securing applications while ensuring best practices in development and deployment are followed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHP web and mobile applications.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for various applications.
• Architect and design secure PHP applications for web and mobile platforms.
• Configure and maintain development environments and tools.
• Implement version control practices using tools like BitBucket, SVN, and GIT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in developing PHP web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with frameworks such as Angular JS, Angular, and React.
• Strong experience in integration and configuration tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and procedures.
• Experience in architecting, designing, and securing applications.
