About the position

The Lead PL/SQL Developer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing database solutions for a leading Oil & Gas company. This position requires extensive experience in PL/SQL programming and database architecture, focusing on supporting critical business applications while ensuring seamless integration across various platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement to align technical solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Manage data migrations and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Perform 100% hands-on engineering work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle 12c or 19c.
• 10+ years of experience in PL/SQL development.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with analytical functions, performance tuning, merge statements, and Oracle partitioning.
