About the position

The Lead Oracle PL/SQL Developer will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Banking Analytic Zone project, which focuses on providing non-regulatory reporting for DAIT within the Consumer sector. This position is integral to the development, production support, and release deployment processes, ensuring that all assigned stories via JIRA are completed efficiently and effectively. The developer will collaborate closely with agile teams, tech leads, and product owners to gather and fulfill requirements, contributing to the overall success of the project. In this role, the developer will leverage their expertise in Oracle Exadata and PL/SQL to deliver high-quality solutions. They will also utilize their skills in UNIX shell scripting and Python, as well as React JS, to enhance the functionality and performance of the systems they work on. Previous experience in the banking sector is essential, as it will provide the necessary context and understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced in this industry. Familiarity with Pega is considered a nice-to-have, adding further value to the candidate's profile. The position is expected to last approximately 18 months, and candidates must be either U.S. citizens or Green Card holders due to client requirements. This is a non-remote position, requiring the developer to be present in one of the specified locations: Charlotte, Dallas, or Richmond.
