About the position

The Lead Power App Developer will play a crucial role in supporting a key Department of Defense (DoD) program at CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF). This position involves leading the development of complex PowerApps applications and collaborating with a diverse team in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that application processes align with business needs while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile team as the technical lead for Power Apps development.
• Develop client-facing websites and forms using PowerApps Portal.
• Maintain application baseline across four environments.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team for process modeling and data validation.
• Capture data requirements from system stakeholders for process models.
• Ensure application processes are synchronized with business processes.
• Create System Interface Agreements (SIA) for data exchanges in collaboration with cybersecurity engineers.
• Assist Business Analysts in developing and evaluating technical requirements.
• Manage and respond to user tickets effectively.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and work with cybersecurity engineers to address security findings.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active secret DoD security clearance (interim will be considered).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline (experience may substitute for education).
• Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience.
• DoDM 8140.03 compliant certification (ability to attain will be considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Solution-based thinker capable of resolving complex technical challenges.
• Experience working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading a high-performing team of developers.

• Experience designing and implementing data models in A365.
• Experience developing SharePoint customized apps using Power Apps.
• Familiarity with RMF/RMF 2.0 and ATO/ATC.
