About the position
The Lead Power App Developer will play a crucial role in supporting a key Department of Defense (DoD) program at CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF). This position involves leading a team of developers in creating complex PowerApps applications and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and cybersecurity requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile environment, demonstrating strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Power Apps development utilizing model-driven design.
- Develop client-facing websites and forms using PowerApps Portal.
- Maintain application baseline across four environments.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team for process modeling and data validation.
- Capture data requirements from system stakeholders for process models.
- Ensure application processes align with business processes.
- Create System Interface Agreements (SIA) for data exchanges with cybersecurity engineers.
- Assist Business Analysts in developing and evaluating technical requirements.
- Manage and respond to user tickets effectively.
- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and coordinate with cybersecurity engineers to address security findings.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active secret DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline (experience may substitute for education).
- Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience.
- DoDM 8140.03 compliant certification (ability to attain will be considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Experience working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment.
- Experience leading a high-performing team of developers.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing and implementing data models in A365.
- Experience developing customized apps using Power Apps.
- Familiarity with RMF/RMF 2.0 and ATO/ATC.
- Experience developing in a DoD cloud environment.
