About the position
The Lead Power BI Developer will oversee a small team of BI developers while working cross-functionally with internal teams to gather requirements for report building. This role involves designing and developing BI reports using Power BI, establishing processes, and ensuring effective documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in Power BI, SQL, and data connection troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of 2-3 BI developers.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to gather requirements for report building.
- Establish processes with tasks and internal documentation.
- Design and develop BI reports using Power BI.
- Connect data sources and troubleshoot platforms.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience with Power BI, including DAX/MDX.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with Python or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Leadership or senior-level BI experience.
