About the position

People Serving People is the largest and most comprehensive emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness in Minnesota and a dedicated leader in homeless prevention. The Bilingual Lead Preschool Teacher plays a crucial role in running the preschool classroom, which is grounded in trauma-informed principles and goals. This position involves working collaboratively with the Preschool Teacher, interns, and volunteers to create a warm and loving atmosphere that supports the development of children aged 3 to 5 years, as well as their parents. The ideal candidate must demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and respect for both children and their families, as well as fellow staff members.
