About the position
The Lead Pricing position at KGPCo is responsible for managing product information and data content support for customer orders through Navision and the company's web front. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system data content and support for key customer RFP implementations. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of product data and managing supplier cost changes, while also providing specialized reports and analysis related to data management.
Responsibilities
- Lead data content support in the management of product information and product line access for customer orders via Navision and the web front.
- Participate in item attribute management for key customer RFP implementations.
- Manage the Data Content Access database.
- Collaborate with the Lead Pricing II on supplier cost changes and updates.
- Participate in IT testing associated with Navision changes and enhancements.
- Oversee system maintenance and management of the company overstock process in Navision.
- Manage updates related to product descriptions, class/group/type, web codes, and profit percentages provided by the Product Marketing team.
- Provide specialized reports and analysis related to data management in Navision.
- Manage key system update processes and data ports, including drop change and inactive inventory processes.
- Oversee management of web codes and PIDs associated with the web catalog.
- Manage model numbers utilized by the web catalog.
- Load alternates/substitutions as identified and approved by the Product Marketing team.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of four years of work experience in Logistics, Marketing, or Sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data manipulation and management.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Familiarity with sales logistics.
