About The Position
The Lead Process Analyst will join the Intelligence Automation team within the Data & Analytics organization of a CPG client. This role focuses on end-to-end process analysis, design, and optimization using Lean Six Sigma principles. The analyst will leverage process mining and task mining tools to identify inefficiencies, develop process simulations, and create detailed documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
