About the position

As a Lead Process Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in projects that are central to our clients' operations, particularly in the Life Sciences sector. This includes working on projects related to Drug Substance, Drug Product, Fill/Finish, Single Use, Fermentation, and other biopharmaceutical facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the process budget, adhering to schedules, and ensuring the technical quality of complex engineering tasks while aligning with client expectations. In this position, you will lead a dynamic team of engineers, establishing process design bases, developing process options, and optimizing selected designs. You will be responsible for calculating and organizing data for process flow sheets for both small and large-scale Biopharmaceutical and Biotech projects. Additionally, you will oversee the development of P&IDs, process equipment specifications, and other critical deliverables. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, helping them discover their motivations, and guiding their professional growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead the process engineering team on Life Science projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Life Science or related projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a small team of engineers.
  • Working knowledge of current GMP regulations and best practices.
