About the position

The Lead Product Analyst will play a crucial role in driving product strategy and decision-making through data analysis and insights. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and user experience, ensuring that data-driven decisions align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct user research and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, or Data Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in product analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
