This role is pivotal in aiding the deployment of vendor-provided enhancements, with a strong emphasis on interoperability. The engineer will act as an escalation point and subject matter expert in project execution and critical issue resolution, ensuring that business operations are optimized within the practice management application. Collaboration with business stakeholders is essential to align customer requirements with the application development roadmap, and the engineer will serve in a consultative capacity to facilitate this alignment. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Lead Product Applications Engineer will be involved in making presentations on technical aspects of products, which may include customer-facing presentations. Availability after normal business hours may be required for complex troubleshooting and the implementation of critical changes.
