Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Design in Consumer Lending within the Auto Lending team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex initiatives that enhance product usability and provide essential support to product development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites, ensuring that the design aligns with the strategic direction of the company. You will be accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design projects that significantly influence the design and strategic direction of Wells Fargo's offerings. As a Lead Product Designer, you will review and analyze complex, industry-leading user interface design solutions, requiring a thorough evaluation of multiple factors. You will establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards that will serve as a foundation for the design community within the company. Your role will also involve serving as a design advocate, with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their potential impact on the company's product design alternatives. Building and enhancing working relationships within the information and interface design function, as well as with external communities, will be crucial. You will provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, leading the customer experience strategy for various platforms and products. Your influence will extend to roadmaps and business decisions, where you will provide customer experience considerations and participate in roadmap planning and virtual teams. You will be expected to make informed decisions regarding customer experience strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. Additionally, you will present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, collaborating and consulting with colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals effectively.
