About the position

In this role, you'll collaborate as an individual contributor, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring our product vision to life. You'll be responsible for guiding the entire design process—from discovery and ideation to execution and iteration—ensuring that every aspect of our product reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and user satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring product vision to life.
  • Guide the entire design process from discovery to execution and iteration.
  • Translate broad objectives into actionable product requirements.
  • Monitor feature success metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Employ diverse research methods to uncover deep insights for user-centered design.
  • Foster a spirit of innovation and encourage teams to experiment with new tools and frameworks.
  • Lead by example and mentor team members in product and design.
  • Communicate product and design decisions with well-researched rationale.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of continuous experience in product design, including user interface and user experience design.
  • Demonstration of measurable impact on shipped products and features, such as increased user engagement, higher conversion rates, or improved customer satisfaction.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or military experience.
  • Advanced degree, training, or certifications in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS experiences, particularly in delivering complex, data-driven products.
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
