Responsibilities

• Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new features based on customer and technical requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and prioritize new products or service enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define functionality and assess revenue potential.
• Prepare and present business cases for new or modified products and services.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and UX teams to design products that meet market specifications.
• Create roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, and project plans.
• Manage budgets and funding requests through the capital process.
• Serve as a central resource during product production and distribution phases.
• Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin.
• Negotiate with vendors to improve delivery timelines and product support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Experience with lifecycle product performance.
• Innovative sales experience.
