About the position

The Trade Desk is seeking a Lead Product Management Director to enhance its ad-tech business by focusing on platform security, regulatory compliance, and privacy. This role involves leading a team to ensure that products meet security and compliance standards while driving business growth through effective collaboration across various functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a technical background, and a passion for privacy protection in the digital advertising space.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on platform security, regulatory compliance, and privacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, ad policy, and data privacy.
• Ensure all products and services meet security, compliance, and privacy requirements.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, CPRA, NIST, and SOC 2.
• Act as a subject matter expert on security, compliance, data governance, and privacy.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on security and compliance topics.
• Build relationships and trust within the team and across the organization.
• Drive business growth through effective product positioning and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2+ years at Principal or Director levels.
• Strong knowledge of security and privacy regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, CPRA, NIST, and SOC 2.
• Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• A track record of leading highly effective teams.
• Skill in translating ideas into opportunities for product and business growth.
• A profound care and concern for teammates, coworkers, and customers.
