About the position

The Lead Product Manager, Abuse Prevention at Live Nation Entertainment is responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of anti-abuse mechanisms across the company's global platforms. This role involves collaborating with various cross-functional teams to ensure secure and user-friendly experiences for fans while maintaining the integrity of the ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for abuse prevention across Live Nation's global platforms.
• Oversee initiatives related to fraud detection, abuse management, and secure fan experiences.
• Partner with engineering, data science, policy, legal, operations, and marketing teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
• Utilize analytics, machine learning models, and other advanced detection technologies to identify and mitigate abuse patterns proactively.
• Oversee the real-time monitoring systems, enforce SLAs for rapid response, and continuously improve anti-abuse algorithms and policies.
• Effectively communicate strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Trust & Safety, Cybersecurity, Fraud Prevention, or a related domain.
• Strong technical background with experience in developing machine learning models, data platforms, and real-time monitoring systems.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with product development in a consumer web environment, especially in AI/ML is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
