Responsibilities

  • Improve the creator's ecosystem by identifying key issues affecting content supply and consumption experience.
  • Ensure the distribution of high-quality content and creator traffic, increasing creator scale and retention.
  • Explore product needs and business improvement points, responsible for creator's traffic control tools.
  • Improve content production and distribution links to create a good creative atmosphere and a healthy content ecosystem.
  • Understand the recommendation mechanism process and collaborate with recommendation teams and data analysts for strategy verification and iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 5 years or more of product management experience in ranking/recommendation systems.
  • Strong logical and data analysis abilities.
  • Ability to design and implement strategy products based on data analysis results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to promote and implement strategies.

  • Understanding of and passion for the creator industry.
  • Knowledge of trust and safety or content governance.
