About the position

The Senior Product Leader for TikTok Shopping's User Growth team will be responsible for designing and executing scalable growth strategies for the e-commerce business. This role focuses on enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics while leveraging data and machine learning models to drive global growth. The position requires collaboration across teams to implement best practices and tools that facilitate user growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute scalable growth strategies for TikTok Shop worldwide.
  • Define and improve key customer lifecycle metrics such as new customer acquisition and repurchase rates.
  • Enhance customer engagement metrics including conversion rates and engagement rates.
  • Facilitate team collaboration by deploying the latest tools and best practices globally.
  • Assess customer shopping behavior and design loyalty programs to engage and retain customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Product in a technology company.
  • 5+ years of experience focused on commerce ecosystems, particularly in user growth and promotional tools.
  • Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with subscription and/or loyalty programs.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
