About the position

As a Lead Product Manager for Digital Assets at Ripple, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of the custody platform related to blockchain technology. This role involves collaborating with various customer segments, including major financial institutions and crypto-forward companies, to create a seamless and secure user experience. You will lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring that customer needs are met while balancing business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Digital Assets experience, driving product development from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, business development, and legal.
• Advocate for a customer-centric approach in product design and development.
• Create and communicate product stories, requirements, and design, propose implementation plans, and ensure timely product releases.
• Establish and drive key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of products and related initiatives.
• Identify strategic and tactical product opportunities to grow product adoption.
• Represent Ripple Custody and drive thought leadership at conferences, panel discussions, or other industry events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
• Experience in financial technology, and blockchain/crypto.
• Customer centricity and empathy for their needs.
• Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products.
• Deep technical literacy and ability to engage with technical teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed team.
