About the position

The Lead Product Manager for Digital Assets at Ripple will be responsible for overseeing the custody platform related to blockchains, focusing on creating a seamless and secure user experience for various customer segments. This role involves driving product development from ideation to launch, advocating for customer-centric design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Digital Assets experience, driving product development from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, business development, and legal.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric approach in product design and development, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Create and communicate product stories, requirements, and design, propose implementation plans, and ensure timely product releases.
  • Establish and drive key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of products and related initiatives.
  • Identify strategic and tactical product opportunities to grow product adoption.
  • Represent Ripple Custody and drive thought leadership at conferences, panel discussions or other industry events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
  • Experience in financial technology, and blockchain / crypto.
  • Customer centricity and empathy for their needs.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products.
  • Deep technical literacy and ability to engage with technical teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed team.
