Uber Eats is seeking a strategic Growth leader to join our dynamic and fast-paced team as a Lead Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of critical user segments by developing and implementing innovative approaches to acquire and retain customers, increase orders, and enhance user experience and engagement. You will collaborate closely with Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, Regional General Managers, Strategy & Ops, and other partners across Uber's diverse businesses and geographies. Your leadership will be grounded in deep customer compassion, utilizing data and user experience research (UXR) to make informed decisions based on strong product intuition. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing, to identify growth opportunities, develop product initiatives, and implement data-driven experiments aimed at improving key growth metrics. You will effectively present and communicate strategy, implementation, and growth plans to various collaborators, ranging from business audiences to senior leadership. Your ability to distill the vision and strategy for the team will generate enthusiasm across cross-functional partners and executive leadership. Additionally, you will anticipate and remove obstacles that may hinder the delivery of operational, product, and program objectives.
