About the position

We are seeking a results-driven product management leader to grow CLEAR's Aviation product line. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities to optimize the customer acquisition experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for running hypothesis-led experiments with a proven track record of executing and scaling winning product bets.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Member Care, Security, and Legal to drive a shared vision and accelerate product development.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the customer acquisition experience.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the user journey and validate growth hypotheses.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth product initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data to inform future product development investment decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally leading growth for an eCommerce or subscription business.
  • Subject matter expertise across the end-to-end customer acquisition lifecycle including growing top-of-funnel awareness through SEO strategies, improving mid-funnel CVR through funnel optimization, and increasing lower funnel AOV through upsell strategies.
  • Experience owning the end-to-end customer acquisition tech stack including MarTech systems, eCommerce platform, and promo management tooling.
  • Mastery of product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic planner with proven ability to drive projects and strong analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bonus if you have experience with eCommerce platform migrations.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare plans
  • Family building benefits (fertility and adoption/surrogacy support)
  • Flexible time off
  • Free OneMedical memberships for you and your dependents
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Meals and snacks in the office
  • Stipend and reimbursement programs for well-being and learning & development
