About The Position

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing.
  • 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
  • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field.

  • Experience providing guidance to cross-functional resources.
  • CSPO Certification.
  • Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for Retail Digital Twin applications.
  • Define the product roadmap and manage product features through the development process.
  • Prioritize work and make product-related decisions based on customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify and manage projects with a high level of autonomy.
  • Monitor technology trends related to digital twins and enterprise retail applications.
  • Drive innovation to accelerate product roadmaps and ensure user adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional execution and delivery of products.
  • Develop functional and technical OKRs/metrics to track product health and business impact.
  • Influence the strategic direction of significant products and communicate user value according to the roadmap.
