About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Analytics will lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to enhance product performance and customer experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, analyze data trends, and drive data-informed decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and analytics, with a focus on delivering actionable insights that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics strategy for product development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track product performance.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience in developing product metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications in product analytics.
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles.
