About the position

The Lead Product Manager for Security at CoreWeave is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy focused on enterprise-grade security solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing the security posture of CoreWeave's platform to support customers in highly regulated industries while maintaining developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for security, aligning with market demands and CoreWeave's strategic goals.
• Represent the voice of multiple customer personas, including CTOs, CISOs, infrastructure engineers, and software developers, synthesizing their needs into actionable product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of security features, focusing on usability and integration capabilities.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user experience for CoreWeave's security features.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave's security story is robust.
• Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of security features and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with security services for enterprise-grade platforms.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management, storage encryption, credential management, and security monitoring.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy.
• Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
