About the position

This role involves researching, prototyping, and experimenting with complex topics to create a competitive advantage in the sports betting industry. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive product vision and strategy, and collaborate across various functions to ensure successful product releases.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype emerging opportunities and technologies within sportsbook.
• Establish and embody a high-performing Emerging Products team.
• Evangelize product vision, strategy, objectives, and key results to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Drive execution of market-leading product initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Define product success criteria and identify new levers for business success.
• Lead ideation and prioritization for new product iterations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations for successful product releases.
• Communicate product outcomes and strategy to organizational stakeholders.
• Leverage experimentation and research to innovate product offerings.
• Develop a deep understanding of the sportsbook business and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years' experience as a product manager or similar role.
• Considerable experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products.
• Knowledge and implementation experience of modern product practices and experimentation strategies.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing others.
• Proven ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.
• Demonstrated success motivating and influencing teams.
• Strong quantitative skills and excellent critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
