About the position

The Lead Product Manager will oversee the Go-to-Market Salesforce CRM system, focusing on Sales Cloud and AI Solutions for the global sales workforce. This role involves managing the product development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams, and setting a bold product vision and strategy. The Lead Product Manager will prioritize product direction based on market trends, customer feedback, and analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Go-to-Market Salesforce CRM system for Sales Cloud and AI Solutions.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle and manage a team of product owners.
  • Develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Set key business objectives (OKRs) for the product.
  • Interpret and assess customer problems and business needs to offer solutions.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap in collaboration with technology and business leads.
  • Serve as the customer voice for engineering teams and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of product performance and reliability.
  • Define and communicate a clear vision for CRM and Sales AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in product management.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships.
  • Knowledge of product design, deployment, and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to manage risk and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Experience working collaboratively with commercial teams, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

  • Salesforce Certifications and experience with Sales AI solutions.
