About the position

The Lead Product Manager - Technical at Mastercard is responsible for driving ongoing projects on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and BI/AI capabilities. This role involves collaborating with business owners to capture requirements, supporting scrum teams, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. The position requires a strong understanding of product functionality and dependencies, as well as the ability to lead acquisition integration projects and ensure the delivery of engineering work through various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Capture requirements from business owners to deliver solutions in an agile environment.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain essential documentation including functional specifications and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with the scrum team to ensure a clear understanding of business expectations.
  • Provide recommendations on potential future projects based on the broader product vision and roadmap.
  • Show leadership skills in decision-making across different teams.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders effectively.
  • Lead acquisition integration projects and other strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the engineering team and dependent organizations.
  • Report on project progress and ensure all dependencies are covered.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant/Admin experience and certifications.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools such as SFMC and Pardot.
  • Exposure to other Salesforce clouds like Experience, Revenue, and Service is beneficial.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein GPT/Co-Pilot use cases is an advantage.
  • Experience with Content Management tools such as Seismic.
  • Experience with PSA/Financial Force, Order Management, and CPQ tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of system integrations, ETL, and BI tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in working with Excel spreadsheets, data loads, and creating mapping templates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein GPT/Co-Pilot use cases.
  • Exposure to PSA/Financial Force, Order Management, and CPQ tools.
