As a senior product leader in the US TikTok Shop User Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers worldwide. This team is responsible for building platforms, leveraging data and machine learning models, and providing end-to-end solutions to drive the global growth of TikTok Shop, our e-commerce business. In this role, you will design and execute scalable growth strategies that cater to the unique needs of our diverse user base. You will create and design innovative loyalty and rewards programs aimed at engaging and retaining customers, while also promoting business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer shopping behavior and developing subscription programs that align with our business objectives. You will own the strategy, execution, and narrative for the subscription, loyalty, and rewards programs, ensuring that we define and improve key customer lifecycle metrics such as the number of new customers, repurchase rates, and average order value. Additionally, you will facilitate team collaboration by designing and deploying the latest tools and best practices across the organization, ensuring that our user growth initiatives are effective and impactful.
