About the position

The Lead Product Manager is responsible for conceiving, developing, delivering, and managing products tailored for customer use. This role encompasses leading all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to market introduction, ensuring products meet specific customer needs and achieve desired outcomes. The position also involves advising executives on functional strategies and exercising independent judgment on complex issues, all while working under minimal supervision. The primary focus will be on leading the Enterprise Operations Enablement (EOE) RFX process, supporting contract management, financial planning, and product development efforts for technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to market introduction.
• Monitor product efficacy and adjust based on customer and business partner feedback.
• Advise executives on functional strategies related to product management.
• Lead the EOE RFX process for RFI, RFP, RFQ supporting vendor contracting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Corporate Finance, IT Portfolio, and Vendor Management Office on vendor renewals and new contracts.
• Ensure appropriate funding and documentation for RFX processes.
• Work with IT vendor management and finance on invoicing and contract renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of technical experience or equivalent
• 2+ years of product leadership/product delivery experience
• Prior contract management experience
• Lean Product Management/Lean Portfolio Management experience
• Experience with budgeting and tracking budget line items
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with RFx process: RFI, RFP, RFQ
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
