About the position

As the Lead Product Manager at Prizeout, you will be responsible for managing product delivery and driving the development of innovative solutions in the digital rewards and payments industry. This role involves overseeing the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional products that resonate with users and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own, define and manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Prizeout's business goals, key stakeholders and market opportunities.
  • Drive forward execution and definition of the roadmap and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Focus on building a product that consumers love and that our partners want to market.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, and sales teams to drive product development and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • Drive product requirements across the business to instrument data collection and ensure data quality, leading to critical customer-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a product manager in high performing, cross functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech or digital payments industry, with a focus on UX/UI, product innovation, and market trends.
  • An extreme attention to detail and focus on the consumer with the ability to simplify ideas and UX journeys.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for innovation and technology, with a relentless focus on delivering products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Player-coach with excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
