About the position

Ramp is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to enhance its competitive positioning and drive market differentiation. This role involves developing strategic marketing initiatives, conducting win/loss analysis, and collaborating with various teams to create compelling campaigns that influence the company's pipeline and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Scale a world-class competitive program from zero to one.
  • Build and launch internal and external competitive communication channels, including newsletters and landing pages.
  • Research and analyze the finance landscape to define Ramp's unique positioning, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Package insights into meaningful tools for the field and deploy them effectively.
  • Own competitive win/loss analysis and report findings to the field and product teams.
  • Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
  • Create a range of marketing assets including sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and others to create compelling dashboards and industry insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing at a high tech (preferably fintech) company.
  • Experience crafting compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into digestible content.
  • Ability to communicate a clear strategy and motivate cross-functional team members.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
