About the position

The Lead Product Marketing Manager at Dynatrace is responsible for driving the adoption of cloud-native solutions among developers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies, develop messaging and positioning, and support sales enablement. The position requires a strong understanding of the B2B enterprise market and technical fluency to effectively communicate with the development audience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and consistently deliver go-to-market plans for individual products within the cloud-native solutions for the developer audience.
  • Ensure high-quality and current assets are shared across key stakeholders in marketing, product, and the field, including messaging, positioning, and personas.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities across product management, marketing, and field-facing teams to ensure relevant information is consistently shared.
  • Create product-related content to support each stage of the funnel, demand generation, and customer marketing campaigns.
  • Set schedules and deliver regular enablement and training for sales on product updates, pricing and packaging, and competitive campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the competitive intelligence team to stay informed about competition in the cloud-native audience.
  • Attend conferences, deliver speaking events and webinars, serving as the subject matter expert as needed.
  • Support the expansion of the developer marketing program by coordinating and collaborating across various departments.
  • Collaborate and provide input on KPIs and goals for product lines, and report regularly on progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, software engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years in product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical product marketing experience.
  • 8+ years in product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market.
  • Opensource software community experience a plus.
  • MBA a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and deliver results.
  • Willing to work across global offices and travel as needed.
