The successful candidate will be a strong cross-functional collaborator, working closely with sales, enablement, integrated marketing, creative, and product teams. Your ability to articulate and align customer and market insights with our company goals and product strategy is crucial to Klaviyo's success. Key responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert on the mid-market segment, developing compelling messaging and positioning frameworks, translating these frameworks into thoughtful go-to-market plans, and equipping sales and enablement teams with the necessary resources to drive awareness and sales. You will partner closely with sales, operations, and marketing to analyze feedback and results, identify growth opportunities, and support sales and marketing with timely updates to enablement materials.
