About the position

At Klaviyo, we are seeking a strategic product marketing leader for our mid-market segment. This role is pivotal in driving business results within this segment, collaborating closely with cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) leadership and key product groups. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for understanding customer needs and developing compelling storytelling and messaging. With extensive experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of enabling sales teams to effectively communicate our unique value proposition. This high-visibility, high-impact position supports Klaviyo's strategic focus on increasing market penetration and requires a strong cross-functional collaborator who can align customer and market insights with our company goals and product strategy. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on the mid-market segment, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, key personas, and the composition of the buying committee. You will track market and competitive trends, define our ideal customer profile, and develop Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) insights. You will also be responsible for developing compelling messaging and positioning frameworks tailored to the mid-market segment. Your go-to-market strategy will involve translating these frameworks into actionable plans, identifying key growth levers, defining prioritized target audiences, and developing sales plays and cross-channel marketing programs in partnership with sales and marketing leadership. Additionally, you will equip our enablement and sales teams with the necessary resources to effectively sell, including sales collateral, customer stories, discovery questions, and objection handling. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner closely with sales, operations, and marketing to analyze feedback and results, identify growth opportunities, and support sales and marketing with timely updates to enablement materials. Your ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience, coupled with a data-driven strategic mindset, will be essential in driving business results and fostering a culture of collaboration across the organization.
