About the position

The Lead Product Marketing Manager at AT&T is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing strategies for wireless products and services within the AT&T Business portfolio. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies, and driving product success through comprehensive marketing plans and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive product success.
  • Analyze internal metrics and external market conditions to optimize product positioning and features.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve marketing deliverables and present strategic insights to leadership.
  • Provide ongoing product management to achieve financial objectives, including revenue, sales volumes, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the telecom industry or a marketing agency.
  • Expertise in marketing brief writing, strategic planning, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor less experienced professionals.
  • Proficiency in navigating large, complex organizational structures and collaborating with diverse internal and external partners.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, capable of engaging with peer teams and leadership at all levels.
  • A proven track record of achieving product performance and market share objectives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with successful MRM (Workfront) implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within large organizations.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Experience in developing personas and utilizing them for strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
