As a product marketer for ServiceTitan's Financial Technology (FinTech) products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product narrative and go-to-market strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in developing go-to-market strategies and executing campaigns across multiple product lines to drive product adoption and growth. You will also be responsible for proving the efficacy of these strategies through rigorous testing and success metrics. Understanding customer needs will be a critical aspect of your role, which will involve conducting market analysis, surveys, interviews, and analyzing product usage data. This understanding will directly impact your strategic decisions, including the development of segmentation, targeting, and adoption strategies across ServiceTitan's FinTech product portfolio. Additionally, you will leverage your knowledge of customer marketing and cross-sell best practices to optimize our capabilities in cross-selling FinTech products.
