About the position

As a product marketer for ServiceTitan's Financial Technology (FinTech) products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product narrative and go-to-market strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute a comprehensive multi-year plan aimed at driving sales leads and fostering self-serve adoption of our FinTech product portfolio. This involves developing differentiated positioning and messaging that not only inspires our customers but also drives actionable results. You will be expected to influence the product roadmap by continuously refining and synthesizing your understanding of the market, competition, and the customers we serve. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will strategize with sales leadership to identify the necessary sales enablement materials and practices that will supercharge our go-to-market efforts. You will oversee the material development process and co-own the performance metrics associated with these initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in developing go-to-market strategies and executing campaigns across multiple product lines to drive product adoption and growth. You will also be responsible for proving the efficacy of these strategies through rigorous testing and success metrics. Understanding customer needs will be a critical aspect of your role, which will involve conducting market analysis, surveys, interviews, and analyzing product usage data. This understanding will directly impact your strategic decisions, including the development of segmentation, targeting, and adoption strategies across ServiceTitan's FinTech product portfolio. Additionally, you will leverage your knowledge of customer marketing and cross-sell best practices to optimize our capabilities in cross-selling FinTech products.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a multi-year plan to drive sales leads and self-serve adoption of ServiceTitan's FinTech product portfolio.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for products that inspires customers and drives action.
  • Influence the product roadmap by continually refining and synthesizing your understanding of the market, competition, and customers.
  • Strategize with sales leadership on necessary sales enablement materials and practices to enhance go-to-market efforts.
  • Oversee the material development process and co-own performance metrics.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns across multiple product lines to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Prove efficacy with testing and success metrics.
  • Understand customer needs through market analysis, surveys, interviews, and product usage data.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and adoption strategy across ServiceTitan's FinTech products.
  • Leverage knowledge of customer marketing and cross-sell best practices to optimize cross-sell capabilities.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in product marketing, with experience in small business (up to 50 employees) and mid-market (50-1000 employees) audiences.
  • Expertise and demonstrated experience marketing FinTech products, either payments, lending, or both.
  • Proven success in cross-selling and increasing adoption of add-on products.
  • Experience conducting user and market research.
  • Ability to create compelling narratives and positioning at both the feature and company levels, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong curiosity, strategic thinking, and quantitative skills, leveraging data to address challenges.
  • Execution-oriented, with a track record of driving and launching go-to-market campaigns.
  • Influential collaborator, skilled in working with cross-functional teams and various organizational levels.
  • Excellent planning abilities, with a history of managing competing priorities and advancing multiple projects.
  • Experience leading and enhancing product marketing teams based on previous expertise.
  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and highly organized.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including editing and coaching.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus but not necessary.
