About the position

The Lead Product Marketing Manager will oversee the delivery of video-related sports, premiums, and acquisition offer initiatives for the Client via Internet product. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue and retention through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and develop comprehensive business requirements for offer builds and related processes.
  • Project manage assigned offer projects for Client products.
  • Play a consultative role with marketing partners to identify solutions that achieve business goals.
  • Drive best practices and enhancements by taking projects from original concept to implementation as the product subject matter expert.
  • Oversee organizational objectives for customer satisfaction, revenue, profit, and retention as applicable.
  • Identify and implement enhancements and improved customer experience (CX) through research and evaluation of past releases and post-production issues.
  • Assess internal system and process limitations that could be enhanced to provide compelling and/or competitive offers in the marketplace.
  • Ensure that technical requirements represent the business and broader needs of the cross-functional team.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, status reports, testing, and project estimates.
  • Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Project/Product Management experience working with both business and IT/Tech Development stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to elicit and document requirements.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams from ideation to completion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing projects launching new promotions or marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing a product rate increase initiative.
  • Experience launching projects in the agile process.
  • Experience writing Epics, capabilities, and features in Jira Align.
