About the position

The Lead Product Operations Analyst at DocuSign plays a crucial role in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to customers. This individual contributor position focuses on developing scalable frameworks for product lifecycle management, facilitating effective communication, and driving key business decisions across various organizational functions. The analyst will leverage data to influence stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration, ultimately enhancing the product delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable frameworks to support the product lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and driving implementation of best practices.
  • Contribute to business reviews and decision-making forums, providing a neutral perspective based on established scorecards and frameworks.
  • Drive key business and product decisions among senior leadership teams during critical moments in the product lifecycle.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and communications to enhance understanding and alignment on objectives across functions.
  • Articulate decisions needed and the path forward regarding the product lifecycle and its intersections with business reviews.
  • Identify complex problems across the organization and lead programs and processes to resolve them.
  • Influence and advise team members and executive management to drive programs to completion.
  • Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effective organizational management.
  • Champion quick decision-making and hold self and team accountable for achieving goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, analytics, or product operations.
  • Experience working closely with and influencing product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Analytics or related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Business experience related to strategy, operations, or analytics.
  • Ability to influence without authority and tell a story based on data.
  • Six Sigma 'Black Belt' certification and application of its principles to business priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and new business processes.
