About the position

The Lead Product Operations Analyst at DocuSign plays a crucial role in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to customers. This individual contributor position focuses on developing scalable frameworks for product lifecycle management, facilitating effective communication, and driving key business decisions across various organizational functions. The analyst will leverage data to influence stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration, ultimately enhancing the product delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable frameworks to support the product lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Contribute to business reviews and decision-making forums with a neutral perspective based on established scorecards.
  • Drive key business and product decisions among senior leadership teams during critical product lifecycle moments.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and communications to enhance understanding and alignment on objectives.
  • Articulate decisions and paths forward regarding the product lifecycle to a diverse range of partners.
  • Identify complex organizational problems and lead programs to resolve them.
  • Influence and advise team members and executive management to drive programs to completion.
  • Establish and lead processes and tools for effective organizational management.
  • Champion quick decision-making and hold self and team accountable for achieving goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, analytics, or product operations.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Analytics or related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Business experience in strategy, operations, or analytics.
  • Ability to influence without authority and tell a data-driven story.
  • Six Sigma 'Black Belt' certification and application of its principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing business processes and technologies.
