About the position

The Lead Product Operations Analyst at DocuSign plays a crucial role in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to customers. This individual contributor position focuses on developing scalable frameworks to enhance the product lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration across various organizational lines. The analyst will utilize data-driven insights to influence key business decisions and drive impactful communication among senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable frameworks to support the product lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Contribute to business reviews and decision-making forums with a neutral perspective based on established scorecards and frameworks.
• Drive key business and product decisions cross-functionally among senior leadership teams during critical moments in the product lifecycle.
• Deliver influential presentations and communications to enhance understanding and alignment on objectives across functions.
• Articulate decisions needed and the path forward regarding the product lifecycle to a diverse range of partners.
• Identify complex organizational problems and lead programs and processes to resolve them.
• Influence and advise team members and executive management to drive programs to completion.
• Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effective organizational management.
• Champion quick decision-making and hold self and team accountable for achieving goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related business experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, analytics, or product operations.
• Experience influencing product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Business experience in strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Ability to influence without authority and tell a data-driven story.
• Six Sigma 'Black Belt' certification and application of its principles to business priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
