About the position

The Lead Product Owner for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials will oversee the governance and standards across financial, procurement, and payables systems globally. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of various financial systems and processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report, while managing the integration of multiple enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and innovate the Order-to-cash business process and back-office systems, including Oracle ERP, GetPaid, and BlueSnap Credit Card Gateway.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements related to finance applications.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on core Finance operations and integration with other enterprise applications.
• Lead the breakdown of business requirements into technical user stories with the engineering team.
• Prioritize the backlog of work ensuring alignment of initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Prepare change management documentation in collaboration with key business leadership prior to release.
• Assist the organization in maturing the operating model and improving processes.
• Support CRM/Billing migrations and integrations occurring via M&A activities.
• Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive system automations, QA, and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America).
• Lead non-direct reports across application BA, admins, developers, and third-party resources.
• Streamline application support and processes for the company and manage SLAs.
• Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities with the institutional management team.
• Work with third-party integration tools such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP.
• 7+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience or equivalent ERP experience.
• Sound understanding of corporate SaaS product application management and development.
• Deep knowledge and experience with enterprise integration, having implemented at least one complex end-to-end ERP implementation program.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Self-starter persona, dependable, and able to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of execution and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is an asset.
• Proven ability to improve governance, standards, and security posture.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other complex content.
• Strong data management abilities.
• Strong ability to influence key stakeholders, peers, engineers, and business partners.
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
