About the position

The Lead Product Owner/Manager role is a pivotal position within the Transformation & Change Management sector, specifically designed for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in an IT product management role. This position requires a collaborative approach, as the successful candidate will work closely with five other lead Product Managers to drive product development and innovation. The role is centered around agile development methodologies, and candidates should be proficient in utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence to draft user stories and create comprehensive product documentation. In this role, the Lead Product Owner will be responsible for leading client research and design workshops aimed at developing and implementing the Product Roadmap. Establishing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) will be a critical part of this process, ensuring that the product aligns with both client needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a data-driven mindset, actively participating in defining, gathering, and analyzing data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and product metrics. This analytical approach will help in making informed decisions that enhance product performance and user satisfaction. Additionally, the Lead Product Owner will ensure the creation and maintenance of essential squad-level artifacts. This includes developing current and future state client journey maps, personas, empathy maps, and storyboards, which are vital for understanding user needs and improving the overall user experience. Collaboration with the Squad and UX designer is essential to craft exceptional user experiences that resonate with clients and end-users alike. The position is based in Waterford and follows a hybrid working model, requiring two days a week on-site attendance.

Responsibilities
