About the position

The Lead Product Services & Management Analyst for Epic Anesthesia at Northwell Health is responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of application systems. This role involves researching, analyzing, and resolving system-related issues while ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Creates, optimizes, and maintains complex SQL as part of stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
• Manages, designs and develops highly configurable, fault tolerant systems.
• Reviews database objects for data integrity, quality, security, recoverability, scalability, maintenance, and capacity and recommends changes as necessary.
• Oversees database design documentation at architectural and functional level.
• Recommends new strategies and architecture to enhance efficiency of data systems.
• Plans, manages and tracks database and system changes.
• Maintains policies and procedures related to security and protecting privacy of client and company information.
• Responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
• Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated.

Nice-to-haves

• Epic Anesthesia certification highly preferred
• Good to have Epic Optime/ Orders certification
