About the position

The Lead Product Services & Management Analyst, Epic Implementation at Northwell Health is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of the Epic application system. This role involves researching, studying, and analyzing system-related issues to provide appropriate resolutions while ensuring data integrity for the organization. The position is integral to maintaining the operations and effectiveness of the Epic system within the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Epic implementation and supporting application systems.
  • Research, study, and analyze system-related issues.
  • Provide appropriate resolutions to system-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity for the organization.
  • Maintain operations and assess the impact on data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated team leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Epic configuration experience and/or Current Epic certification.
  • Experience with Epic modules such as EpicCare Inpatient, EpicCare Ambulatory EHR, ASAP, Clinical Case Management, Optime, Anesthesia, Cupid, Healthy Planet, Dorothy Home Care, Lumens, Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, Cadence, Data Courier, Security.
